Where We Ship

We ship worldwide, with certain exclusions due to carrier or customs constraints. If a destination or method is unavailable for your address, the checkout will indicate it. In some countries, only specific shipping methods may be available.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed the next business day after we receive them and are dispatched within 2–3 business days, depending on stock levels.

Methods & Carriers

Standard services and express couriers (such as DHL or UPS) are available depending on destination and order size. Availability and options will display at checkout or can be requested at contact@snsbikinis.com.

Estimated Delivery

Standard international delivery is typically 10–30 business days depending on destination (USA & Canada often arrive sooner). We work proactively on our side to help your order arrive within the expected window; however, seasonal peaks, customs, weather or other events may extend transit times.

Tracking

Tracking is provided for express courier services. Availability for other methods may vary by country and carrier.

Duties & Taxes

All import duties, taxes and fees assessed by the destination country’s customs authority are the customer’s responsibility.

Losses & Delivery Issues

Orders shipped via express couriers (e.g., DHL/UPS) are generally covered by the courier’s policies. We will assist you in initiating any necessary claim with the courier when applicable. Please note that coverage applies while the shipment is in the custody of the carrier; once a package is marked delivered at the destination address, any subsequent loss or theft may fall outside courier coverage.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverables

Please ensure your address is complete and accurate. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, reshipping costs may apply. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
