Shipping Rates

We ship worldwide.

Shipping & handling rates vary by destination country. All payments are processed via PayPal.

By default, we ship with a tracked standard service. If you need faster shipping, write to contact@snsbikinis.com to request an upgrade (additional fee applies).

Packages are sent in discreet wrapping or DHL packaging, depending on the selected delivery service.

Shipping Times

Shipping time is estimated from the moment we receive your order.

  • Processing: orders are processed 1 business day after receipt. Dispatch typically occurs within 2–3 business days, subject to stock availability.
  • Origin: all orders ship from our manufacturing partners in South America. Customs duties or taxes may be assessed by your country’s authorities.
  • Delivery estimates (standard): approximately 10–30 business days, depending on destination. Please add ~10 business days for distributor orders. USA & Canada usually receive items faster.

All orders are delivered, though delays can occur due to weather conditions or global restrictions. If you need your items sooner, request expedited shipping at contact@snsbikinis.com.

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction. All items are carefully processed and inspected before shipping.

  • Incorrect item received: we will exchange it free of charge.
  • Eligibility: items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Worn items are not eligible.
  • Customized items: not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Size/design/color changes: eligible for exchange. After we receive and verify the returned item(s) in original condition, store credit will be issued. All approved refunds will be issued exclusively as store credit, which can be applied toward future purchases. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • How to return: once your return is accepted, send the product(s) back within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number, full name, address, and your request. Shipping costs are non-refundable and an exchange fee may apply.
